Marco brings over 22 years of experience in corporate finance and financial intermediation across Italian and European markets. He previously led the structured finance division of a major northern Italian banking group before founding his own advisory practice. At Zoomlion Capital, he sets strategic direction and oversees senior client relationships.

Head of Credit & Risk
Valentina has spent 16 years in credit analysis and risk management, working with both commercial banks and credit funds on mid-market and large corporate exposures. She leads Zoomlion Capital's credit assessment process, ensuring that all financing proposals are rigorously evaluated before presentation to lenders. Her work is central to maintaining the quality of transactions the firm brings to market.
